Hello, I'm Topp — a product designer and builder with over a decade of experience at fast-growing companies including Lillio, Paycor (7Geese), Unbounce, and Clearly. I turn ideas into successful products by applying human-centric design thinking.

In 2024, I stepped away to launch my freelance practice, taking on B2B clients in enterprise and e-commerce while working on my own projects.

Led the end-to-end redesign of the Weekly Planner (V3), Lillio's most-used feature for early childhood educators. Adapting a core feature to how educators already work — with half a team and no research budget.
