I have successfully launched projects ranging from design-led initiatives to metric-driven experiments to overhauling core features and integrating products to a wider ecosystem. I’ve led design teams, mentored early career designers at Rethink and created the UI Design program at RED Academy.

I always value the importance of empathy in delivering user-centric solutions. Advocating for design research and driving cross-functional collaborations is the key in striking the balance between achieving business and user goals.
